Designer# 19

Last night I was chatting to a friend; our conversation first started with the 1965 Oliver Twist performance and carried on how gorgeous Little Prince Illustrations were. Then we both agreed that the Little Prince illustrations were legendary. After, I realized that I have never researched who done these nice drawings, and started googling it up.

They were simple but elegant watercolor illustrations done by Saint- Exupery. Saint- Exupery studied architecture but never considered himself as an artist (he self-mocks himself in the novella's introduction). However, he perhaps didn't know that his Little Prince illustrations would be a symbol of childhood for everyone who had the chance to read the book.

'Grownups never understand anything by themselves, and it's tiresome for children to be always and forever explaining to them' - should I consider my self as a grownup?
